How long we keep information
Personal information is stored for a term of 10 years in the form of invoices, payment receipts and emails. Personal information will be deleted after 10 years from last contact. Unless a client has signed a client working agreement then information will be kept indefinitely. A client may remove themselves from the client working agreement by contacting the Data Protection Officer.
