Redesigning Scotland's only openly queer-owned and run brewery, Closet Brewing's Festive-Favourite "Cocoa Cannonball", a decadent chocolate and vanilla stout. (It tastes just like pudding!)
A well known favourite during the festive period, the previous can design was to the point and minimal, but with such a playful favourite we knew we could push the design further.
Phase 01: First Contact 👽
Clear imagery of 'chocolate' and 'destruction' led to the concept of Chaos in Candyland as a loose theme to explore.
Phase 02: Exploration 🛸
From here, we explored a range of chaotic 'elves' (more like goblins) causing mischief… Unionising and rebelling against the North Pole, taking a Winter Vacation at the Chocolate Spa, joining the Cocoa Circus Carnival, and sailing the High Salted (Caramel) Seas.
Phase 03: Refinement 🦾
Settling on the Cocoa Circus Carnival, emphasising on the playful flavours, and rich imagery of decadent chocolate, we leaned into decadent rich purple, vintage styled hand-lettering, and a dash of chaos.
